Cilantaro Chutney

  • Chana Dal- 1 tbsp
  • Urad Dal- 1 tbsp.
  • Cumin seeds-1 tbsp.
  • 1 quart vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • Red chillies- 1
  • Celery stick-1/2
  • Ginger-1 inch
  • Cilantora/ Mint- 1Bunch or Tomato- 5
  • Fresh Coconut-4 tbsp
  • Oil
Directions
  1. 1. Fry the dal, cumin in the oil for 1 min. and add the , ginger, celry/onion, red chilli fry for 5 min. and add the coconut , cilantora fry for 1 min .
  2. 2. Allow to cool 10-15 min and Grind it.
